• Bejaan Hygiene offers standard shipping within Pakistan. • Standard shipping typically takes 4-6 business days for delivery. • Be advised that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors.
3. Shipping Restrictions
• Bejaan Hygiene currently ships to addresses within Pakistan only. • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
• You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. • The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
• Bejaan Hygiene is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applied to your order by your home country. • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged Shipments
• In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. • You may also contact our customer support team at care@bejaanhygiene.com for assistance. • Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. International Shipping
• Bejaan Hygiene does not currently offer international shipping outside of Pakistan. • We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
