Refund & Exchange Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy last 03 days. If 03 days have passed since order delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. You are only Eligible for Refund if Packing is Damaged, Received Less Quantity, or Change of Product against your order. Change of mind is not acceptable.

Refunds Procedure
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit voucher will be shared with you, which will be claimable at your Next order. No Cash Refund will be provided.

To complete your return, we require evidence which may be a Video or Your order Details (in case of Replaced Product Dispatched)

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Items will be replaced with the Same Product only.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to:
Office no 3143, 3rd Floor Corporate Offices, Giga Mall, DHA – II, Islamabad.
Company will be Responsible of Return cost only if product Received was damaged or not in an appropriate condition.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
